SAP Qualification Management in SharePoint

IQX Qualification Management (IQXqm) is a simple and intuitive SharePoint frontend on top of SAP to make qualification management easier to use for all stakeholders.

Whilst qualification management in SAP is a powerful mission-critical solution for most labour intensive organisations, it isn't particularly user-friendly. IQXqm delivers a simple and intuitive experience for managing the SAP qualification catalogue, managing and updating employee qualification proficiencies, searching for suitable employees and determining qualification proficiency gaps between positions and employees and even accessing qualification certificates. 

Key Functions

Overview Page:
  •   Search for a qualification
  •   Find any person with a qualification with filtering by org unit, business or location etc.
  •   Request a new/update qualification 
  •   Bulk upload of qualifications
  •   Document web part for process/procedure documents.
Person Page:
  •   Display basic profile (including photo ID).
  •   Display a person's qualifications (PPPD).
  •   Display certificates stored.
  •   Select certain certificates to print to a pdf file so that it can be sent via email.
  •   Add qualification to a person record (PPPM).
  •   Add / delete certificate to person record.
  •   Expiry report - display all person qualifications due to expire prior to "date" 
  •   Display gaps between position / person 
  •   Print a “passport” version of the person’s qualification.
  •   Profile matchup – match person against any position and highlight the gaps.
